The Annual New Year’s Day Hike/Dinner

Wednesday, January 1, 2025

2:50pm - Meet the group in parking lot at Schmeekle Reserve, 2419 North Point Dr., Stevens Point shortly before 3pm.

3:00pm sharp – Begin our walk through the Reserve. We walk at a pace that allows plenty of conversation along the way.

4:00pm (approximate time) Layover at the Final Score Sports Bar, 908 Maria Dr, Stevens Point. We usually have 30-40 minutes between our hike and our dinner reservation. Several of us do gather to warm up after the hike. Whether or not you are on the hike you are welcome to join us for a quick toast to the New Year. The Final Score Sports Bar and Tokyo Steakhouse are about 4 blocks from each other. So, this is a great transition between hike and dinner.

5:00pm – Dinner reservations at Tokyo Steakhouse, 1617 Academy Ave., Stevens Point. We have reserved two large tables around griddles so we can watch our chef prepare our dinners.

This is such a popular dine out, be sure to RSVP early. There will be a hard limit of only 20 available chairs. You must RSVP, no walk ins accepted.
